The ProMoBE Training Program (in French)

The professional development of teachers is a process that:

  1. starts from the training needs of the teacher or the educational team,
  2. is informed by recent scientific knowledge,
  3. requires an analysis of practice to identify opportunities for change,
  4. involves setting specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound objectives,
  5. implements these objectives in teaching methods,
  6.  experiment these methods in the classroom, with the students,
  7.  analyzes the effectiveness of these methods to consolidate the new practices.
