Why this protocol?
- Time 1 (pre-test): allows for examination of possible initial differences in motivation and well-being between the two conditions
- One month delay between the two training modules: time needed for teachers to change their motivational style.
- Time 2 (post-test): to examine the effects of the training (motivation and emotion modules) on students and teachers
- Time 3 carried out 3 months after the end of the training to examine the persistence of the effects over time.
- Teachers in the control group receive training after the study is completed (in June).
