Academic Trainer

The ProMoBE training for academic trainers aims at:

• Propose a solid theoretical underpinning on the issue of motivation and well-being
• Training in the use of video in training:
  • be able to accurately describe a teacher's behaviors using an observation grid
  • be able to analyze these behaviors and consider prospects for professional development
• Training in the use of practices aimed at developing the socio-emotional skills of students

This training consists of two 2-day courses:

• The first course consists of presenting to the trainers the two modules of the training educational team
• The second internship consists of feedback of practices (explain how the contents of the first internship were implemented in academic training), to deepen the use of video in training (develop expertise in practice analysis), and to broaden the mastery of practices aimed at the development of emotional skills.
