Training Educational Team | ProMoBE - Université Grenoble Alpes

Objectives

The ProMoBE school training aims to raise teachers' awareness of the issue of motivation and well-being and to initiate teamwork within the school on this topic.

Program

The ProMoBE establishment training takes place over two days of 6 hours:

The first day deals with the motivation and motivational style of the teacher.
The second addresses the emotions and emotional skills of the students.

Request a ProMoBE training?

In the Grenoble academy, ProMoBE is offered at the ATP (Academic Training Plan). To apply for the training, heads of schools must apply for :
- apply for TIT (Territorial Initiative Training) on the GAIA platform
- select the framing device « CLIMAT SCOLAIRE ».
- specify in the application description that it is the "ProMoBE" training course
